Loving sister

Im setting up this for my sister. She has special needs and she is very dear to me and our others sisters and her niece. Im the closest to her. Im asking for help as for her; she needs for special medical care/ medical equipment that insurance will not cover.. we all love her. We don't want anything happening to her.
