My and my sisters Mother passed away and we were left with many bills and a loan that has to be paid off because my Moms car title is the collateral for the loan. My sister is going to take the car to Wisconsin with her but we need to pay this loan in order to get the title to change it over to my sisters name. Any help with this is much appreciated.
