Support a Family's Fresh Start

To our friends and family,

As many of you know (because of your incredible support) we recently had the opportunity to spend time with families impacted by the Los Angeles fires through the Clyde Relief center. Most of the people we worked with were already struggling to make ends meet, and the fires took the little they did have.

Clyde is how how we met this incredibly brave mother and her two children. Their story is painful to hear, but important to share. They have been on the run from an abusive father for a while now, having their location exposed a few times- leading the family to have to bounce around. They had finally found their safe place, only for it to burn down in January and have been displaced since.

The good news is, they have just finally found a new place to move into (in 10 days!). They are in need of everything- beds, furniture, kitchen supplies, TV (for family movie nights).

We would love to help them by raising some money so they can furnish their home, reclaim some normalcy and begin to heal.

The son loves sports, power bikes, and told me he hopes to be an actor one day. The daughter loves to get dressed up for things like plays and the Renaissance Fair. They love to bake and cook as a family.
