Help Support Darul-Ilm Masjid With Your Generous Lillah Donations This Ramadan 2022.

Darul-Ilm, located in Thornhill Lees, Dewsbury, is a non-profit, religious and educational institute. Alhamdulillah, the Masjid continues to operate under challenging circumstances serving the local Muslim community and catering to their religious and educational needs.

This Ramadan, we make this humble appeal to our brothers and sisters to donate generously towards the ongoing institutional running costs of Darul-Ilm Masjid Dewsbury.

Your support is vital in aiding the Masjid to continue to offer all its services, which include:

- Facilitating an environment for daily worship and spiritual gatherings

- Providing vital Islamic education for the children of local and surrounding communities: Maktab classes, Hifz classes, Aalimiyyah classes (sisters)

- Adult learning classes

- Educational seminars

- Nikah Services

- Community outreach, e.g. support services for the vulnerable in the current climate

- Community cohesion and interfaith work

It has been narrated in Sahih Muslim that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,

"When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)."

Let us take this opportunity to invest in our Aakhirah - you may wish to donate in your name, in the name of your loved ones and as Esaale Thawaab / Sadaqah Jariyah for any of your beloved deceased.

Reap more reward by spending in the path of Allah in this blessed month of Ramadhan, where the reward for good deeds is multiplied manifold.

We are currently undergoing difficult and turbulent times. One way to protect yourself and your loved ones from tribulations is to give charity.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Give charity without delay for it stands in the way of calamity.” (Tirmidhi)

May the Almighty accept every contribution towards this noble cause and make it a means of Sadaqah Jariyah.
