I’m doing this for my ex-husband; he needs everyone’s help. He’s going out of his mind due to not being able to see his child. He has a car, he has a job, and he has his own place to live. His child’s mother went out to get some assistance, some free assistance, and to do so she had to lie on my ex-husband. My ex-husband loves children. He’s got two children of his own, and one of these children is with her, but she has made it out like he’s a terrible person. She made false allegations against him that have now been unfounded. At the last court hearing they had, they took his rights from him for no reason, and the courts knew that she was going to be homeless out of the shelter by that following Monday, and they still granted her full custody of this child but dismissed his rights and ability to be a father to his own child. Now that this has happened, she’s got a place, a free place to live. He has appealed the decision that the judge made, but he needs help with a lawyer. He spoke to a lawyer; it’s gonna cost him $10,000, and all he wants to do is be a part of his child’s life. Please help us reach this goal. He’s got court in November, so we need to raise this money quickly. We have to at least have $5,000 to start so the lawyer would be there to stand in court and defend him in the November court date 2025. He has turned his whole life around to care for this child, taking him to all his appointments, doctor’s appointments, and his school appointments when they have them. His life is all about this child, and it’s about to break my heart to see him go through this and the mud that she’s dragged him in for no reason. Please help him. Thank you for all your help!
