I’m a new wife and mom, just four months postpartum, doing my best to keep things together for our little family. My husband recently received his green card something we’re so thankful for, but finding steady work has been difficult. That’s left me as our main provider, and honestly, it’s been a real challenge. When I returned to work after maternity leave, our income dropped significantly, and we fell behind on a few bills. Then I had to take additional time off to care for our newborn, who’s only had his first set of vaccines. He’s been getting sick, as babies often do in daycare, and I’ve had to use up all my paid time off to stay home with him. It feels like one thing after another, and catching up has been really hard. We’re staying strong and trying to remain positive, but it’s been a tough few weeks. Any bit of help truly, even a dollar  would make such a difference for us right now.
