Dear friends, family, and supporters,
I am reaching out to you today to ask for your help in supporting my son, Ian Fleming, with his Eagle Scout project. Ian has been committed to Scouts since the first grade, and we are so proud that he has stuck with it and is now in the final stretch of achieving the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.
For his project, Ian has chosen to combine the needs of Open high school with the skills he has acquired during his time with his Boy Scout troop. He will be building a much-needed shade structure to protect students, providing them with a safe space to escape the sun and rain. This structure will also serve as a growing space, integrating with Open high schools garden club.
This project is a unique, and, to be honest, a large undertaking for an Eagle Scout project.
Ian is hopeful that he can draw from his two communities—scouts and classmates—to help with this awesome project. Your generous contributions will go towards purchasing materials, equipment, and other necessities required for the construction of the shade structure.
Whether you can donate or simply share this fundraiser with your network, every bit of support is immensely appreciated. In addition, please reach out to us if you are able to come help volunteer on March 16 or March 23 to help with the actual build.
Together, we can help Ian achieve his goal of becoming an Eagle Scout while leaving a lasting impact on our community. Thank you for your consideration and support.
Sincerely,
Sonny and Ellen Fleming
