Tax deductible
The Pilsen Via Crucis: Living Way of the Cross is a cherished annual tradition upheld by community and parishioner volunteers since April 8, 1977. Every year, dedicated volunteers donate their time, talents, and resources to create a space for Chicagoans to celebrate their faith through the reenactment of Jesus’ crucifixion on Good Friday.
However, due to inflation and changes in available community resources, the list of yearly expenses has grown. Behind this reenactment lies a long list of costs, including city permits, security, equipment rentals, costume cleaning, and props.
Your contribution, no matter the size, is pivotal in ensuring the continuity of this beloved tradition.
By extending your hand in support, you're not merely aiding an event; you're nurturing a profound expression of faith that transcends the streets of Pilsen.
Join us in preserving this beacon of spiritual significance for generations to come.
