Unexpected death of loving husband and father.

Donation protected
It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of David "Dave" Cramer at only 50 years old.

Dave leaves behind his loving wife, Dawn, and one beautiful little girl, Abigail "Abby", who is 11 years old. He also leaves behind his mother, Alice, whom he has helped care for over the past three years dividing his week between his home with Dawn and Abby, his mom, and work. Dave also has a sister, Wilda, who lives in Montana. Dave was fortunate to find and meet her about five years ago. Dave was preceded in death by his father and brother.

Dave was incredibly devoted to his family. Words cannot express the loss Dawn and Abby are feeling.

Dave worked for Pfizer Incorporated in Middleton, WI. His wife, Dawn is a full-time mom and caregiver to their daughter, Abby, who has Autism and an intellectual disability. Dawn is now faced with being the sole caregiver for their daughter. The Cramer family needs any and all support we can give during this time of grieving and forming a new way of living without Dave. This loss creates a huge financial burden for Dawn to face alone.

Unfortunately, provisions were not put into place to cover funeral expenses, burial site and burial, daily living expenses, mortgage, utilities, and all the other necessities that come with raising a child with special needs.

Dave was an amazing man. He was always kind to everyone and there to help anyone in need. He always had a smile on his face. He loved a good joke, motorcycles/sport bikes, and cooking. He was also a talented artist. His favorite thing to do was to have long chats with Abby about anything and everything. Dave was very good at helping Abby navigate the world from her point of view. Dave and Abby had a summertime favorite, which was to go to local pools for the day. Another favorite for them was rock hunting to find cool and unique rocks.

Please keep Dawn and Abby in your prayers. We thank you for any help you may give them. Even if you are not in the position to help financially, please lift Dawn and Abby up in prayer. Please share this GoFundMe page with your friends and family.

NIV - I Chronicles 28:20
“David also said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the Lord is finished."
