Keep vital Citizens Advice services running in Havant and Leigh Park
Right now, families across Havant and Leigh Park are facing impossible pressures. Rising bills, debt, housing problems, benefit issues, and financial hardship are pushing more people into crisis every day.
When someone doesn't know where to turn, Citizens Advice is often the place they come to first. It can be the difference between coping and losing everything.
But without a permanent home, this vital local service is under threat.
We’re raising funds to open a new Citizens Advice hub in Leigh Park, a safe, welcoming space where people can access, free, confidential advice and support when they need it most.
For years, our local Citizens Advice team has helped thousands of people:
- avoid homelessness
- manage debt
- access benefits
- escape unsafe situations
- regain stability during crisis
After losing access to our previous office, our advisers have continued to support residents from temporary borrowed spaces, but this is no longer sustainable as demand continues to rise.
Now, we have an opportunity to transform a vacant shop into a permanent community advice hub.
Your donation will help fund:
- Safe and accessible facilities
- Private interview rooms
- Heating, flooring, and essential building works
- Furniture and IT equipment
- A welcoming, stigma-free environment for vulnerable residents.
Every donation makes a real difference
Your support could help:
- Someone keep their home
- a family access emergency support
- a vulnerable person find safety
- someone get back on their feet before crisis becomes homelessness
Whether you can give £5, or £500, every contribution helps protect this vital service for our community.
Please donate or share
If you're able to support this campaign, thank you
If you can't donate right now, sharing this page could help us reach someone who can.
Together, we can keep this lifeline open for Leigh Park and Havant.
