The "Why" Behind the Miles

Every mile we run, every barrier we break, and every effort we push through is built on a purpose. On November 6th 2026 / Friday at 8:00 PM, I am undertaking one of the most mentally and physically demanding endurance tests I’ve ever attempted: The 4x4x48 Challenge.

I am dedicating all 48 miles of this challenge to raise funds and awareness for families navigating the unimaginable pain of child loss.

No parent should ever have to walk through the profound heartbreak of losing a child alone.

Organizations like The Compassionate Friends provide critical, life-changing support—offering peer counseling, crisis intervention, grief support groups, and financial assistance to grieving parents and families when they need it most.

Every single dollar raised from this campaign will go directly toward supporting these families and ensuring they have the resources, community, and compassionate care necessary to begin healing.
