Our cousin Shannon is going through a difficult milestone in her life. After the end of a long-term relationship, Shannon found herself needing to sell her home quickly to avoid foreclosure. However, the housing market in her area has been challenging, and she is only getting offers below what she owes on the mortgage.

Shannon is determined to get through this tough time, but she's facing a monthly deficit of $1,986 due to having to pay her home insurance all at once. This deficit is putting a huge strain on her finances, and she risks losing her home if it doesn't sell soon.

Shannon is the youngest of Andrew and Sandra Squires.
