46 miles for Matty

My cousin Matty was 46 when he committed suicide, he fought his demons day in and day out until he couldnt fight anymore.I am doing 46 mil3s in 1 day,23 miles on my bike and 23 miles on roller skates .I want to raise money and awareness for CALM in the hope it will save at least 1 person from living miserabley,this will be a challenge for me as i cant skate but failing isnt an option.

Please please make a donation however little it is as im pretty sure we all know at least 1 person who suffers on a daily basis.
