45th & Final Cork to Carlow Cycle

It's the 45th and final year of the annual Cork to Carlow cycle in aid of the Carlow Branch of The Irish Wheelchair Association. All money raised stays locally. The cycle has changed in the last few years so it's Carlow to Clonmel and back, rather than the traditional Cork to Carlow but still 100 miles and sheer stubbornness is going to have to get me through. Daddy Q did it for years. Aine has done 10 and I've a few under my belt and in memory of the great man, a few of the Quirkes are taking part this year and we'd love your support xxx
