We are raising money for the 6th Annual Greatwater Century Bike Race in Detroit, MI on Saturday September 20, 2025.

Greatwater and Greatwater Homes are real estate development firms dedicated to doing good in Detroit's neighborhoods. While our main focus is to advance thoughtful, innovative methods for constructing and renovating housing, we know that buildings are just structures, and it's the neighborhoods that bring our work to life.
