Safe Parking Lots Fund
Donation protected
We, The People demand our state government provide adequate housing for all. One of the short term demands we are near accomplishing is that everyone sleeping rough in a tent or a car or RV have a safe lot where they can stay. WE BELIEVE the state ought to afford this for our unhoused residents. It's not a solution but it's shelter for those waiting for stable housing. To give the state government a good faith example of how this can work, we have been piloting safe lots all over the city over since early May. And more are popping up every day - it is time to coordinate our aid!
The Encampment Support Network seeks to connect mutual aid resources directly to those in need who have created their own space for community. No nonprofits, no means testing, no indignity or waiting lists.
But we need your help. If you can spare any of the following resources, message us at 401 four eight four -15 - 47 ... if you don't have any of the things on the list, below, consider giving the appropriate funding. This is not charity, you will be helping people just like you to achieve the same dignity and safety that anyone deserves. Nobody should have to go through something like this alone.
Everyone can help! Here are some examples of what you can afford your fellow residents if your budget allows ...
