Four Ordinary Guys. One Extreme Challenge.
On 1 July, four of us will begin a five-day adventure across the Swiss Alps.
We’re not professional athletes. Just normal guys who decided to set ourselves a challenge that will push us far outside our comfort zones.
Over five days we’ll face an intense journey across land, air, and water.
Mountain trekking through the Swiss Alps
Paragliding over the alpine valleys
White-water rafting through fast mountain rivers
A freezing cold water swim to finish.
Guiding us is a professional Sherpa who completed the Via Alpina trek last year, and he’ll be leading us through some demanding terrain and unforgettable experiences along the way.
But this challenge isn’t just about adventure.
We’re doing it to raise money for a particular charity that is deeply personal to each of us. Causes that support people who need help far more than we do climbing mountains.
The trek itself is only part of the story.
In the months leading up to it, we’re training hard, getting fitter, and preparing ourselves for what will be one of the toughest things we’ve ever done.
We’ll also be documenting the entire journey, from training and preparation to the trek itself , with drone footage, action cameras, and some incredible alpine scenery.
So you’ll be able to follow the whole adventure. Free on YouTube!
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it will help support these amazing cause and give us extra motivation when the climb gets tough.
Every donation helps.
And every step we take in the Alps will be for something bigger than ourselves.
'The Story of Our Charity'
Bonnie was a brave and spirited young girl who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, an aggressive form of bone cancer, just before Christmas 2023. She faced an incredibly difficult journey, undergoing intensive chemotherapy, major surgery to remove the tumour, and having part of her leg bone replaced with a telescopic prosthesis in an effort to save her limb. Despite everything she endured, Bonnie showed remarkable strength, humour, and love for life, continuing to find joy in spending time with friends and doing the things she loved most.
In February this year, Bonnie sadly passed away at just 9 years old, leaving behind a heartbroken family and a community who loved her deeply.
In Bonnie’s memory, we are taking on a walk in the Alps to raise funds for Little Harbour Children's Hospital, which cared for Bonnie and supported her family through their most difficult moments. Their compassion, kindness, and unwavering care brought comfort during an unimaginable time, and they continue to provide vital support to other families facing similar challenges.
By donating, you are helping ensure that families receive the same care, dignity, and support that meant so much to Bonnie and her loved ones. Thank you for helping us honour Bonnie’s memory and make a difference for others.
