Hi!

My name is Sasha, and I am a coach at F45 Training in Hudson, MA. On July 9th, 2021 (4 years ago), I lost my dad to his battle with substance use disorder. He was my best friend and everyone's biggest hype man.

In his honor, I am going to take all 4 morning classes at our gym (and it's a cardio day, sheesh) on the anniversary of his passing. I am doing so in hopes to raise money for overdose awareness, to help grieving families who have also lost someone important to them to this awful disease.

All proceeds will be donated to Team Sharing Inc. (a local group that also just helped make Overdose Awareness license plates in MA happen!).
