For the past five years, we have worked tirelessly every single day during Ramadan to ensure that those experiencing homelessness, financial struggles, and precarious situations have a Ramadan filled with dignity and care. With your generous support, we have provided relief to over 1,700 individuals in just one month each year. This campaign is about more than charity—it’s about ensuring that no one is left behind in the most blessed month of the year.

Our Commitment:

During this sacred month, we are dedicated to improving food justice and health equity for individuals facing barriers. Your support will enable us to offer six crucial initiatives that bring relief and dignity to our community members.

Your Donations Will Fund:

Groceries for Community Fridge: Each week, we will stock the community fridge at 10 Gateway Blvd with fresh produce, fruits, and non-perishable foods. With food insecurity on the rise, this initiative ensures that individuals and families have free, easy access to nutritious groceries.

Iftar Meals & Boxes of Dates: We will provide pre-prepared halal iftar meals and individual boxes of dates to those in need, ensuring they can break their fast with dignity and nourishment.

Hygiene Kits: We will distribute essential hygiene kits, each containing:

Qurans, Prayer Mats and Prayer Beads: We will provide individual Qurans and prayer mats to support spiritual connection and comfort for those who may not have access to these sacred items.

Rolling Therapy Support Program: We will provide a rolling program to cover the cost of two therapy sessions for individuals in need through Canadian Muslim Counselling, ensuring consistent mental health support for our community members.
