I visited my mom over Thanksgiving and found out she had been living in her car since March after illegally getting evicted. She is disabled and lives with her therapy cat. She and her cat lived in her car up until a few weeks ago when she finally found housing. She couldn’t go to a shelter without getting rid of her cat, and he is her whole world. Her car is now broken down and I would love to give her the money to fix it, and give her some money for some essentials such as food, cat food, etc. She has exhausted all of her funds over the last 6 months. My mom has the biggest heart and did not deserve what happened to her. I am helping her look into legal action as well. She didn’t want to tell me her situation as it was going on because she didn’t want me to worry about her. She lives about 4 hours away from me so I had no idea! Please help my mom.
