Michael McDonald here. When I first landed in Statesboro, Georgia, one of the first people I met was Benjy Blackmon. We've been friends since that day in 1995 when we both strolled into Psychology 101 and sat next to one another. He showed me his film canister full of excellent . . . well, perhaps you can finish that sentence on your own. I know we left class and finished the film canister on OUR own!

Yesterday, Benjy found his beloved wife Ann had passed away in their bed.

To make matters worse, he recently was let go from his position at Georgia Southern University. He has a daughter Sidney whom he needs to care for, and while they have some funds to get them through this incrediby difficult time, any additional comfort we can help provide to the family would be immensely appreciated.
