My name is Chloe and I’m from South Gippsland, Victoria.

This week I’m asking my clients to donate to help feed livestock surviving the bushfires.

Thousands of hectares are burning across the state of Victoria with strong winds and hot conditions during the week creating unstoppable infernos - devastating farms and towns with no to very little opportunity for people to prepare.

My heart is breaking for all the people who call these places home and the terrifying ordeal they’ve endured and will continue to face over the coming days.

The magnitude of homes, livestock and livelihood damage is still unknown and tragically, will continue to grow.

Feed for surviving animals will be limited with grass and hay stores being decimated, plus loss of property and resources so let’s put together some finances to direct towards supporting people in the wake of this disaster as quickly as possible.

The money raised will be donated to stockfeeds in bushfire affected areas to ‘pay it forward’ for people struggling, and help support hay runs providing feed to farmers affected.

While I do not have a direct relationship with these people, I can still imagine how painful this experience has been.
