3rd Annual Wele Youth Leadership Camp 7.21-7.23

Want to join us in making a difference? We're raising $5000 ($400 to cover fees) to sponsor 38 youths from Highlands County for the 3rd Annual "Wele Youth Leadership Camp & Conference to be held at Lake Placid Camp & Conference Center, Lake Placid, FL. The event is hosted by the Highway Park Neighborhood Council and Hicoria Pines Homes. Any donations will help make an impact on the lives of the youth of Highlands County. The camp will serve 18 boys and 18 girls primarily from disadvantaged communities. This year's theme is "Financial Freedom". Our youth will participate in fun outdoor activities, swimming, sports, camping, and team building. Not only will they have fun, but will also learn via workshops, lively debates, and hands-on training on how money works and other topics selected by the youth from the 2nd Annual Wele Camp in 2022. Funds will cover the camp, insurance, food, games, camp counselors, and prizes. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to the youth of our county.
