Evies Fund

Donation protected
Ashley Slack has been seeing a specialist throughout her pregnancy with baby Evie for different issues. One of them being increasing levels of amniotic fluid and was diagnosed with polyhydraminos. On July 31st Ashley was 26 weeks pregnant and was admitted to the ER due to her amniotic fluid increasing too high which caused her to go into preterm labor & other complications. That night she was air lifted to Medical City Hospital in Dallas. The contractions were stopped, but the fluid was still measuring at 40. The specialist had to drain the fluid the following day and found that Evie was having trouble swallowing and moving her arms. The doctor said Evie may have arthrogryposis multiplex congenita. Which has to do with her joint development of multiple joint contractors. That could be what is causing her elbows & legs to stay bent.

Ashley & Evie will continue to stay at Medical City Hospital until Evie is born so the specialist can monitor her.

Little Evie & Ashley both have a long road ahead of them befor and after the pregnant. They will need as much help as possible. They are looking at big doctor and hospital bills. Please say a prayer for them and donate to help with these costs. God has already worked miracles with Evie and will continue working them. Ashley has asked God to keep his hands around Evie and in the main picture shown it looks just like someone holding her. We want Evie to stay in mommys tummy for as long as possible so she can continue to grow stronger! Thank you everyone for the donation and prayers! This family is truly blessed
