A Helping Hand

Hello, my name is Alexis, and I am currently a senior at Plymouth High School. I recently heard about a student who attends plymouth as well, and greatly needs our help. When I heard his story, I was heartbroken, and just knew I had to help him in some way. Here is a little bit about him: Hey! I'm a currently a sophomore at P-CEP with my home school being Plymouth High School. In my free time I enjoy playing Basketball, football, drawing, reading and gaming. I'm also a big fan of sleep, because who doesn't love sleep yanno!? I live with my mother and my cat Toby, who is possessing only three years of living thus far. The three of us have been bouncing from house to house to hotel, never having a consistent place to stay the past two years. I try to stay focused on school but spend alot of my time helping my mother, who is sick with lupus and trying to figure out where we will stay next. As of last Friday, we were going to be kicked out of our hotel not sure of our next stop. I have tried dealing with this on my own working with my mom to find places to stay but am unsure of what to do next. We need your assistance, I would like to help my mother, I want her to feel more settled and have a place we could stay long term. Somewhere I could do my homework and relax without the thought of being removed. Anything you could help donate would be much appreciated! I have been working with the school to raise money for him, and this was the next best thing. The thought of a young high schooler worrying about where he is going to live next week just doesn't seem fair. With the help of everyone around us, we could change this boys life.
