I am making this Go Fund Me for a very special friend of mine. Lisa has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and was scheduled for her surgery on 9/17/24 for a double mastectomy. This diagnosis was absolutely devastating to Lisa, her husband and two daughters. Sadly, on 9/14/24, Lisa was traveling home from seeing her in-laws and was in a horrific car accident. She suffered serious head trauma, bruises and is having trouble finding her words due to her seizure condition. She was recently sent home from the hospital and will need physical therapy at home. She must now walk with the assistance of a walker, as her back was fractured in the car accident. She only has short term disability for 90 days which only pays her 60% of her paycheck. She is the main provider in her household. Her husband has leukemia and is unable to work. I just want Lisa to not have to worry about expenses right now as this is the last thing she should have to worry about.
