Shannon Horvat is the kind of person that most of us hope to someday become. She has 3 loving sons - Brian, Daniel, and Kyle - but they would agree that she holds the title of "Town Mom," having dedicated her life to helping others and lifting up everyone around her. She was a long time staple at Shenanigans pub in Dahlonega, GA, always ready with a smile and a warm gesture for all who met her. She's also an avid animal lover. She volunteers at the local animal shelter, and once nursed an injured owl back to health.

Shannon recently suffered multiple aneurysms, leaving her in critical condition. We're hoping for a full recovery over the next year, but she has a long road ahead of her and she needs our help. Brian is an integral part of our family, so let's band together and take care of our own. Every bit helps, no matter how small.
