My brother and his wife have decided to adopt their 10 year old niece as a result of a horrific and tragic event which has left this little girl without parents. Frank had plans to transition out of the military this June to start business school. As a single income military family, the financial responsibility of this selfless act is a heavy weight to take on. The cost of adoption paired with attending school full-time is an unexpected life event for their family which they have compassionately taken on. Their niece is in need of intensive counseling services and social-emotional support provided in a camp this summer.
