Last year we raised more than $2000 worth of food for those in need during Ramadan in Afghanistan. With the economic situation worsening due to the current crisis, the cost of living has skyrocketed, making it even harder for struggling families to afford daily essentials. This Ramadan, we have the chance to make a real difference. For just $70, you can provide a family with 10 fresh loaves of bread every day for the entire month (300 loaves in total), ensuring they have something to eat for suhoor and iftar. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever gives iftar to one who is fasting will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the fasting person’s reward in the slightest.” ( Tirmidhi 807). Imagine the immense reward of not only feeding those in need but also sharing in their fasting rewards! Allah ﷻ says: "And whatever you spend of good – it will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged." ( Surah Al-Baqarah 2:272). Even if you cannot donate the full amount, any contribution will bring relief to these families and increase your blessings. Let’s come together and ensure that no family in Jalalabad goes hungry this Ramadan. Donate today and earn endless rewards!
