Puerto Rico Relief Aid

As many of you are aware a series of strikingly powerful storms has rendered an estimated 3.4 million people without power, food and shelter. On October 10th my sister Ruth and I will be travelling to the island of Puerto Rico on a volunteer mission. Our goal is to personally deliver relief items to some of the 15,000 people currently residing in shelters. The majority of our contribution will be allocated to families with one or more children under the age of 15. Our aim is to bring immediate relief to victims until a long term solution can be achieved by the government and other charitable organizations. 

One hundred percent of funds raised will be going towards essential items which these families urgently require. We have already purchased some of the items listed below however any aditional help would be greatly appreciated.

(Due to weight restrictions on the plane, we can not accept liquids)

-Personal Care Kits: toothpaste, tooth brushes, tampons
-Diapers 
-Baby formula- powder only
-Flashlights and radios - solar powered preferably 
-Tents 
-Sleeping Bags
-Canned Non perishable foods
-Can Openers
-First Aid Kits
-Mosquito Repellent and Bug Spray 
-Gloves
-Hand sanitzer
-Trash Bags
-Towels
-Disinfectant wipes
