Help a Family Rebuild After the Lytle Creek Flood
Our family lost everything the night of Christmas Eve when the creek overflowed destroying the home, sweeping away vehicles and flooding them. More than three feet of mud and debris filled every room, leaving nothing behind but devastation.
Vehicles were flooded and stuck in mud, personal belongings were destroyed, and what should have been a joyful Christmas was taken from the children. The Christmas tree now buried in mud, the elves on the shelves survived we were able to find and wash off some toys and have the elves bring them back to the kids. Gifts for the children and family were washed away and buried in the mud.
This wasn’t just a house — it was home. We are now facing the overwhelming reality of salvaging irreplaceable items and starting over, while trying to keep the children safe and hopeful during an incredibly painful time.
Any donation, no matter the size, will help begin rebuilding and replacing basic necessities. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support during this heartbreaking time
