Sacred Steel Summit Community Fundraiser

Want to be a part of the Sacred Steel Summit in 2024? Here's your chance! No donation too small - every dollar helps. Your generous donation will help fund production costs, talent development, and lodging for our talented Steel Guitar players and their supporting musicians. This is a unique way to get in on the ground level of this popular movement and be part of an awesome event.

The Sacred Steel Summit is held on Memorial Day weekend in conjunction with the Florida Folk Festival on the grounds of the beautiful Stephen Foster Cultural Center in White Springs, FL.

The 2023 event showcased about 40 steel guitar players, and we are expecting 60-80 musicians at the 2024 Event. - we are GROWING!

The Sacred Steel Summit is the premier gathering of tradition bearers of the

Sacred Steel gospel tradition. Featuring lap steel guitarists, pedal steel guitarists and other members of the tradition, the Sacred Steel Summit brings together all the styles of this unique musical genre that has been shared around the world. Serving as a key focus of the Florida Folklife Festival, the nation’s oldest state-sponsored folklife festival, the Sacred Steel Summit features educational presentations, technical workshops and one-of-a-kind concert presentations with legendary innovators and emerging talent.

The Sacred Steel Summit depends on sponsorships to ensure that we can bring the best and

brightest culture bearers to the event.
