Support James' Recovery After motorcycle Accident
My name is Paul Shumway. My son, James, had someone pull out in front of him yesterday on the way home from work. He hit the back end of a flatbed trailer that, fortunately, was empty. The forks of his bike folded under, throwing him forward. Both wrists were broken, as well as a fracture just above the right wrist. This young man has always been a go-getter. He started working just after his 16th birthday. For the last year, he has worked in the kitchen at 600° in Round Rock. He just recently also started waiting tables at Kerby Lane Cafe, Round Rock. It's going to be pretty hard to twirl a pizza or serve customers with immobile hands. Fortunately, he's a good kid with a large village.
That being said, James is going to need help to pay bills, etc., for the next couple of months, as well as medical bills. He has no insurance, so the hospital is giving a 90% reduction. But that's still going to be HUGE! If you are reading this and you are in a position to help, it would be appreciated more than you can imagine! you can also use James's cash app. $JamesShumway1. If you're not able to donate monetarily, please, a prayer for him is just as meaningful. Thank you, and may God continue to show us all the way forward.
