Dave Rossi was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer. Dave is a devoted husband to his wife Sarah, doting father to his 4-year-old daughter Isabella, and very excited to welcome another daughter in December.

This news has been shocking, devastating, and incredibly stressful as Dave navigates next steps in terms of treatment and the financial implications of time away from work as he recovers. Surgery is scheduled for August, and future treatment will be determined shortly thereafter. Recovery time for the surgery alone leaves Dave out of work for several weeks. That doesn’t include the treatment plan once determined and also impacts the time he’ll be able to take off when the new baby arrives.

Dave and Sarah experienced multiple miscarriages and after a full year of IVF treatment were overwhelmed with joy to learn of the upcoming arrival of their baby girl.

Dave’s inability to work will now make this expense a significant challenge. And while many coworkers have offered to donate PTO coverage, unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be an option.

Our hope is to ease the financial burden on Dave and his family so they can completely focus on a full and healthy recovery. We’ll be sure to share updates along the way. We thank you in advance for your kindness, your love, and your prayers - they are all so appreciated during this time.
