HELP BRING THESE GIRLS HOME

I am a grandmother asking for help on behalf of my daughter and my two young granddaughters, who were taken from their mother under false pretenses and placed into the custody of their father—despite documented findings of abuse in his home.

Child Protective Services (CPS) and CARES have both substantiated abuse involving the father, yet he was still able to illegally obtain the children. Based on misleading and unproven allegations against the mother, a judge granted the father temporary custody without credible evidence, while ignoring the documented risks to the children.

My daughter has tried three separate times to file Immediate Danger motions to protect her children. All three were denied—by the same judge—despite CPS findings and ongoing concerns for the girls’ safety.

At this time:

• The father has a documented history of abuse

• The abuse has been founded by CPS/CARES

• The mother has no history of abuse or neglect

• The children were removed under false claims

• Every attempt to raise immediate safety concerns has been denied

My granddaughters are currently living in an environment that authorities have already deemed unsafe, and yet no action is being taken to protect them.

We are raising funds to:

• Retain a qualified family law attorney

• File emergency appeals and motions

• Cover court costs, transcripts, and expert testimony

• Advocate for the immediate safety and return of the children

This is not about revenge or conflict between parents. This is about protecting two innocent children who cannot speak for themselves.
