Help me get my family out of Gaza
Donation protected
My dear fellow humans,
I am Mohammad Shamallakh, I am 20 years old, an engineering student in Germany, I find myself compelled to share with you a harrowing truth that has befallen my family and me amidst the chaos of war-torn Gaza. Our once peaceful home has been reduced to rubble, a casualty of the relentless conflict that rages around us. The destruction has left us with no choice but to seek refuge elsewhere, to escape the clutches of death that loom ever closer.
It pains me deeply to recount that we were a family of learners, aspiring to broaden our horizons by studying the German language, dreaming of a future in Germany where we could immerse ourselves in a new culture and build a better life. Yet, the cruel hand of war has dashed those dreams, snatching away our hopes of a brighter tomorrow.
Now, more than ever, I implore you to extend a helping hand in our time of need. We long for nothing more than the chance to rebuild our shattered lives, to create a future free from the fear and devastation that has become our daily reality. Your support, whether it be through shelter, resources, or even just words of encouragement, would mean the world to us.
May we all come together in solidarity and compassion, united in our efforts to alleviate the suffering of those caught in the crossfire of conflict. Let us stand as beacons of hope amidst the darkness, offering solace to those in desperate need of refuge and respite.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Mohammed Shamallakh
