Hi everyone!!! My name is Nella and I have been a critical care pediatric nurse for five years. It would be my honor to volunteer my time and skills with International Medical Relief on a Medical Mission Trip...In order for me to go on this trip I must raise $3650. The money will be used by IMR for important supplies necessary to make this trip a success. The mission is to travel to Cambodia and provide health care as well as set up a surgical center. The communities are in desperate need for dengue and malaria 




prevention and education, training in women's health, HIV/STD prevention training, hygiene and sanitation education, and intestinal parasites, cholera, diarrhea, and tuberculosis prevention and treatment.
