Hello everyone, I'm reaching out because my family is going through a hard time right now, Our 15 year old daughter Marissa is very sick, we were in the process of getting her diagnosed but unfortunately my husband JR was terminated from Telsa Motors a few weeks ago after being a dedicated worker for the past 10+ years. Our daughter Marissa started having health issues about 5 months ago. She started having black outs and feeling extremely fatigued. Then she started to lose alot of weight very quickly. She went from 140lb to 96lb in two and a half months and her weight is still going down. She can't keep very much food down right now, and she has a lot of pain in her neck and stomach. She's was recently hospitalized for a week and we found out her red blood count is very low and her liver enzymes are elevated, she also has growths on her colon. Her doctors are in the process of doing blood work and other test. But my husband was terminated and telsa gave us 1 week of medical insurance. Watching our child get weaker and more fragile has been one of the scariest things we have ever been through. Her health continues to deteriorate and we need to continue her care to find out whats wrong and get her treatment. Past medical bills and new ones are stacking up and other bills too. It is crazy that you can go from being a family that has always been finically stable to where we are right now. A company should never be able to do this to someone and take away your medical insurance when you have a sick child, Especially if you have been the kind of employee JR has been the whole time he was with Telsa. He was the most loyal hardworking employee, he never even got a single write up in the whole 10 years he was at Telsa. This termination was wrong and it has cost our family everything. I plan on making a video soon to explain everything that telsa has done to my husband during his time there but for right now we are in a very difficult and scary place. We are not in the habit of posting our personal life or asking for help like this but I have been talking with loved one who have encouraged me to reach out and see what happens. My family has had some hard times just like everyone else but this for sure has to be one of the hardest for us. We want to say thank you to everyone that is able help and even if you can't we understand, even prayer for our beautiful daughter and our family is most appreciated! If you can share this post that would be so amazing too. My husband has always been the best father and provider since day one and I know he always will be! I believe that this is just a time that our faith is truly being tested and we will trust in the goodness and grace we have always received! All we want is to see our once happy, sassy, full of life little girl back to her normal self again and all her pains gone. She is so strong and I'm so amazed by how she still shines through the pain and fear. We want to get through these trying times with a healthy family because that's all you can really ask for and all you really need! The Ramirez Family sends everyone that's reading this love and blessings and thanks from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
P.s.
If you are looking for a hard working dedicated employee who takes pride in everything they do please let us know! JR has his resume ready to go and he has loads of experience in logistics, management, and in the warehouse. He's someone you want in your company, his work ethic is rare indeed and you will not regret hiring him!
