Children Orphanage in Kenya

In October I will be traveling to Kenya, Africa to volunteer in a local children's orphanage and school, through the organization Volunteer HQ. My length of volunteering will be for 3-4 months. I am seeking personal assistance for this endeavor, but also for supplies to help the local communities where I will be volunteering. These communities often suffer from poverty, disease, and over crowdedness. A lack of textbooks(School supplies), clothing, food, shelter, technology, and medical supplies can often be the deciding factor in life or death. My willingness and devotion to donating my time and money is limited, and any acts of kindness would help improve the lives of these young children, families, and communities.
