Raising money & awareness for men's mental health

Like many men in Australia I’ve had many ups and downs. Isolation during the pandemic certainly didn’t help but it led me on a path of self improvement and ultimately becoming a Mr Perfect BBQ host in my local area. Mr Perfect is a grassroots charity with locations all over the country which promotes connection in a safe and supportive environment. For many men, communicating can be an immense struggle but with Mr Perfect simply getting outside and enjoying a snag can be the starting point we need.

Personally, I have found another great outlet in running so I have decided to enter the Surf Coast Century Ultra Marathon which a 100km run across Victoria’s Surf Coast region.

I’m just an average guy who likes to run but with the motivation of raising funds for this fantastic charity I will be looking to overcome this immense challenge.

All funds raised will go back to our community to maintain and increase the work Mr Perfect does.
