Deck the Quads 2023

Deck The Quads is an annual holiday fundraiser hosted by

GR Performance to raise money for a cause we feel passionate about. The fundraiser was created to encourage the community to get moving while giving back to those in need.

This year, all donations will be going to Hockey Helps The Homeless. Hockey Helps the Homeless (HHTH), leverages Canada’s affinity for hockey to raise awareness and financial support for the homeless through education, fundraising, and by partnering with solutions-based local homeless support agencies.

Follow along on Instagram and participate in free weekly workouts, contests, and prizes. Individuals are encouraged to join our team throughout December as we give back to the community, one rep at a time.

Tiers:

$50 - Access to all DTQ workouts through our online training app. Track your progress, watch live demonstrations, connect with coaches

$100 - GR Swag Bag

$150 - Access to a live nutrition seminar and Q&A with functional sports nutritionist Sylvie Tetrault and founder/ former NHL player Gary Roberts
