Support Travis's Journey For A Liver Transplant

Hi, I'm Travis Sgarlata. (Please read my letter.)

I am 35 years old and I adore my wife and our two children; 11 and 9.  My life took a drastic turn.  My spleen suddenly became three times its size and a biopsy of my liver showed non-alcoholic end stage liver disease. I'm awaiting a O + Donor; especially hoping for an O + Living Donor.  I am a guy who has always taken care of my beautiful family and never in my wildest dreams did I ever expect I would be asking for donations on a gofundme page.  As you can imagine, my life and the life of my family has been turned upside down.  Our financial need is great but, this is just a bump in the road and with your help I know my family and I will be okay. I do believe that there is someone out there who will donate part of his or her liver to me.  I will be forever grateful, and following my surgery, I intend to return to my normal life as a hard working family man.
