Hello, I am Abdullah from Gaza. I am 24 years old and my fiancée Alaa is 20 years old. I was preparing my house and then I got engaged before the war on June 7th and our wedding date was in December.

But because of the war that broke out on October 7th and the harsh conditions we went through, I have not been able to get married yet.

Since the war began, we have been evacuated five times. The first time to the neighbors because they threatened a house near us, and the second time we were evacuated to our relatives because they threatened the area we were in, so we went there and the bombing over our heads. The third time, on 10/13/2023, they sent us evacuation messages to the south and we were displaced. In the south of the Gaza Strip (Khan Yunis), we were homeless and we did not know anyone there, and we were suffering at the time from water scarcity and permanent power outages, and we still are. For the fourth time, on 12/3/2023, we were evacuated to Rafah after the ground invasion of Khan Yunis and the bombing of the nearby mosque. We were miraculously saved from death, and we were suffering in Rafah from the lack of fresh water due to the destruction of desalination plants, the spread of diseases in a very large way, the high prices 5 times per item, electricity outages, and population overcrowding. For the fifth time, on 5/3/2024, we were evacuated to In the middle of the Gaza Strip (Deir al-Balah) due to the intense bombing surrounding us and the ground invasion of Rafah.

During the war, we suffered greatly from the frightening spread of diseases, the abundance of waste in the streets, the large population crowding, the abundance of insects, and the lack of water, food, and medicine. And the sound of bombing, fear and panic.

During periods of displacement, we suffered from a lack of means of transportation, dismantling tents, and transporting tent supplies every time we were displaced.

We want to leave to safety, but we do not have the money to be able to enter Egypt, because the price of coordinating the Rafah crossing per person is $6,000.

Please help us so that we can end our campaign so that we can leave Gaza and live in peace like other families.

مرحبا انا عبدلله من غزة عمري ٢٤ سنة و خطيبتي ألاء ٢٠سنة، كنت أقوم بتجهيز منزلي و من ثم خطبت قبل الحرب بالسابع من يونيو وكان موعد زفافنا بشهر ديسمبر

ولكن بسبب الحرب الذي إندلعت بالسابع من أكتوبر والظروف القاسية التي مررنا بها لم استطع الزواج لحتى الان .

منذ ان بدأت الحرب اخلينا خمس مرات ،اول مرة عند الجيران لانهم هددوا منزل قريب منا و بالمرة الثانية اخلينا عند أقاربنا لإنهم هددوا المنطقة التي كنا بها،فذهبنا عندهم والقصف فوق روسنا و بالمرة الثالثة بتاريخ ١٣/١٠/٢٠٢٣أرسلو لنا رسائل بالإخلاء على الجنوب ونزحنا ع جنوب قطاع غزة( خانيونس) بلا مأوى وما كنا نعرف أحد هناك و و كنا نعاني وقتها من شح الماء و انقطاع الكهرباء الدائم، ولازال كذلك،و بالمرة الرابعة بتاريخ ٣/١٢/٢٠٢٣ أخلينا إلى رفح بعد اجتياح خانيونس برياً و قصف المسجد المجاور لنا ونجاتنا من الموت بأعجوبة ،و كنا نعاني في رفح من إنعدام الماء العذبة بسبب تدمير محطات تحلية الماء ،انتشار الأمراض بشكل كبير جدا،غلاء الأسعار ب٥ أضعاف للصنف، انقطاع الكهرباء و إزدحام سكاني،في المرة الخامسة بتاريخ ٣/٥/٢٠٢٤ أخلينا إلى وسط قطاع غزة (دير البلح) بسب القصف الشديد الملاصق و المحيط بنا و إجتياح رفح برياً.

خلال الحرب عانينا بشكل كبير جدا جدا جدا من إنتشار الأمراض المخيف و كثرة النفايات بالشوارع و تكدس سكاني كبير و كثرة الحشرات و قلة الماء و الغذاء و الدواء. و صوت القصف و الخوف و الهلع .

خلال فترات النزوح كنا نعاني من قلة وسائل النقل و فك الخيام و نقل لوازم الخيمة في كل مرة ننزح فيها .

نحن نريد الخروج إلى بر الأمان لكننا لا نملك المال لكي نستطيع دخول مصر ،لان سعر تنسيق معبر رفح للشخص الواحد ٦٠٠٠ دولار .
