Hi everyone, my name is Karen Claire. This campaign is deeply personal because my family roots run deep in Pao, Manaoag, Pangasinan—my mom was born and raised right here. Pedro Bautista Elementary School (Pao Elementary School) is where my mom, her siblings, and all my cousins in the Philippines attended elementary school.

My connection to this school and community is strong, and this fundraiser is my way of giving back and supporting the place that shaped my family. I'm partnering with the school's administration to bring much-needed joy and practical relief to the incredible students and dedicated teachers.

Our goal is simple: to make this Christmas unforgettable for 571 children, and to provide essential equipment that will support their learning environment long after the holiday season ends.

Our Total Goal: $3,600 (₱210,000 PHP)

This goal covers three specific, non-negotiable needs identified directly by the school's administration:

Need 1: A Special Christmas Celebration (Feeding 571 Learners)

For most of the 571 learners, their annual school Christmas party is the biggest celebration they have all year. We have partnered with the local administration to provide a special, high-quality meal for every single student and teacher.

Learners: 571 students will receive a packed Jollibee Chicken & Spaghetti meal (Cost: ₱94,215).

Teachers: 28 hard-working teachers will receive a special Palabok & Chicken meal (Cost: ₱6,216).

Impact: We want to give them a day of pure joy, fun, and a delicious meal they look forward to all year.

Need 2: Essential Classroom Cooling (10 New Wall Fans)

The classrooms at Pedro Bautista Elementary School are often overcrowded and suffer from intense heat, making it difficult for children to focus and learn. We are aiming to replace old, broken units and bring fresh air to the rooms that need it most.

Goal: Purchase 10 heavy-duty wall fans to be permanently installed in the 18 classrooms (Cost: ₱80,000).

Impact: Your donation directly helps create a more comfortable, productive, and healthy learning environment for hundreds of children every day.

Need 3: Supporting Our Teachers (1 New Printer)

The 24 teachers at Pedro Bautista Elementary School share old, unreliable printing equipment, causing significant delays and costs when preparing essential lessons, tests, and materials for their students.

Goal: Purchase 1 High-Volume Printer (Cost: ₱16,500) to ensure the teaching staff has access to modern, reliable equipment.

Impact: This dramatically improves teacher efficiency and ensures students get timely, quality handouts and exams.

How We Ensure Transparency & Accountability

Every dollar of your donation is accounted for and goes directly to the school.

Fundraising: I will collect the donations here on GoFundMe and transfer the final PHP total directly to the school administrator.

Purchasing: The administrator will use the funds to buy all the items locally (fans, printer, and Jollibee meals).

Proof: The administrator is committed to providing official receipts and photo/video proof of the purchases, the party, and the new equipment being installed in the classrooms. I will share all of this proof directly on this page and on social media!

Whether you can donate $3 to cover one student's meal, or $136 to buy one entire classroom fan, every single contribution makes a tangible difference.

Thank you for helping us give the students and teachers of Pedro Bautista Elementary School an unforgettable Christmas and the long-lasting equipment they deserve!
