Hello friends and family, my name is Lesly and I am reaching out to everyone for help to be able to bring Julio Garcia home. On September 21st, he was headed out to work and before that, he needed to buy material, so he and his brother headed to Home Depot. That’s when they got followed and detained by ICE agents. Since then, he has been separated from his family with the chance of seeing his two children twice a week for an hour each time. Last Thursday, he was moved to Georgia with no way of being able to get visits. Julio has been in America for over 13 years, with only him and his younger brother as family here. I met him when I was around 10 years old and since then, I have always seen him as a hardworking man. Five years ago, he was blessed with his daughter Brianna. I am reaching out to help his family bring him back and especially for him to be reunited with his kids. Julio has never done anything wrong; the only thing he did was come into America for a better future and a future for his son and daughter. We have hope that we will be able to bring him home and faith that everything will work out. Any donations made will go towards his lawyer, who is also fighting for his return home, and it will go towards the expenses for the courts he will be heading into. This battle will not be easy, but it will not be impossible either.
