In honour of a best friend and a cousin lost to suicide last year:

24th June, cycling 350km, sunrise to sunset, east coast to west coast of England.

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide exists to meet the needs and break the isolation of those bereaved by the suicide of a close relative or friend. They offer emotional support, help and information in a number of ways.

They aim to provide a safe, confidential environment, in which bereaved people can share their experiences and feelings, thus giving and gaining support from each other.
