Please help me to get my parental rights reinstate

Hi my name is Joel Tenorio, and I am raising funds to continue to pay for a lawyer that is working to help get my parental rights reinstated. During a time when I was suffering from chronic homelessness with an untreated mental health issue, I lost my parental right to my daughter Sophia, when she was 7. she was adopted by her maternal grandmother. With as much hard work and determination it took, I was able to secure visits and eventually a bedroom that Sophia was able to come to when I had her over the weekends, eventually every other weekend and even winter and summer breaks. 

(Her biological mother has never engaged in any kind of consistent visitation since her rights were lost and eventually stopped pursuing any visits at all.)

She is now 11 almost 12…Sophia’s grandmother, who adopted her, recently passed unexpectedly without a written will. Sophia was placed in foster care, wishing she could come home to her family, which consists of two younger sisters 7 and 2 years a step mother and myself, her father. Reinstatement of parental right is only an option in a few states, California being one of them. Social services will not hand me back my daughter, but are supportive in my attempt to petition the courts for reinstatement of my parental rights. I am the sole provider for our family, my wife being a stay at home mother. I am in need of help to continue my fight for my oldest daughter to come back home
