1st Rendlesham Scouts and Swarm Explorers

Over the last decade, 1st Rendlesham Scouts and Swarm Explorers have given hundreds of children in the community new, exciting and nurturing experiences. However, we are now in desperate need of a Scout hut. We have kindly been given some land to use by Rendlesham Community garden to meet on, which has been incredibly beneficial. This land is where we hope to build a Scout hut to continue to support and develop our young people. We need your help to fundraise, to build these vital facilities, to enable us to continue to provide fantastic and exciting opportunities for the young people of our community.

To help with this, our Swarm section have decided to take part in an epic sponsored walk to help raise funds for the Scout hut.

Between the 23rd and 25th June, the Explorers will walk the whole length of Sandlings walk, from Ipswich to Southwold. The walk is approximately 60 miles and will take them around 3 days to complete. Other sections from 1st Rendlesham Scouts will also be joining us for parts of the walk.
