Gramps Farm a practice in minimalism

Hi, I'm Brian, I live where it snows from Halloween to May. The last year has been a humbling experience where I've gone from reaching the mountain top for my career to having a health emergency that crashed my income, (went from making $90,000 a year to $30,000). I hope you haven't experienced a fall like this but if you have you know also that bills go unpaid, (I'm a person who hustles, no laziness here). I've managed to keep a rented roof over my head, I bought a farm, (hasn't been one for many years, a reboot). I've managed to find work to add to the 30K and will bounce back, (my friends always say that I do, I wish they didn't always say that I will), but I'm paying a high payment on a land contract. I'm 54 and have a short-term note of three years. I would love to raise the whole price of $50,000, (will need renovations but I'm still young enough to do that), but what I'm seeking is the $15000 to help develop the farm. I don't have a large retirement account to pull money from, my health scare cost me all of my savings and my job, and quite honestly I simply need a win. I understand many will say, "Work harder", or "Get another job", I'm simply spent after working since I was 16 and I want to slow down as it was the overworking that landed me in the hospital. It's a small home, off the beaten path a bit, but something I can manage. I live alone, and I want to create Gramps Farm for my grandchildren to enjoy. Every dime will go towards this dream, and I will pay it forward once I'm back on my feet, (hopefully in a year's time), thank you for your time and consideration.
