I have a story to tell you, I hope that you could please join me and listen, hopefully, you will join me and our beautiful Depher family on our journey.

In 2017 I established Depher cic, from a hurting pain in a society that has been forgotten for so long, like the phoenix from the fire, we rose to support and protect the vulnerable members of our nation, and now, many years after that date we have proudly supported over 2 million people throughout the United Kingdom.

From every community and every part of society, we have established together a service that delivers to the heart of every family.

They have worked for many years, creating a community that we all enjoy today, now they face hardship and need help. That help is given, a FREE boiler from Depher and from our supporters who donate to keep them safe and alive.

A young boy who was excited to see food being delivered, he was so excited that he would not let his mum put it away.

Many items of food, purchased daily for the community and people of Lancashire and the United Kingdom, we deliver every day.

A child can be expensive to support, we understand this, FREE nappies every 14 days for parents that need that little extra, especially in hard times.

When we arrived at Irene's home, we knew that immediate action was needed, it was a life-saving decision that had to be made, Irene is still with us today, safe and warm in her newly furnished home.

The depher teams and staff work 7 days a week to deliver a lifeline to those who have been rejected and cannot find answers, we remove the red tape and the hurdles with direct help to the people.

Depher (Disabled & Elderly Plumbing & Heating Emergency Response) CIC is run by James Anderson and a team of people who provide free or discounted labour to those in need who can't afford the expensive rates from standard providers.

Depher doesn't receive any government funding and all private donations go towards parts and food vouchers which they have now introduced based on what they are witnessing in the community.

DEPHER, which stands for Disabled and Elderly, Plumbing and Heating Emergency Response, has amassed a nationwide following. By James' estimate, he and his team have helped around one million people. He and his supporters have no intention of stopping there.

The organisation relies heavily on public donations to cover all labour and materials, and to provide free services for people in need. But last month, James announced his work was put on hold after his donated funds dried out.

The vast success of DEPHER - which has drawn the attention of the likes of Notting Hill actor Hugh Grant - conjures up an image of a corporate-style system in the Burnley offices. In reality, that couldn't be further from the truth.

Depher CIC is a UK-based social enterprise which provides free or heavily subsidised emergency plumbing and heating services to vulnerable older and disabled people. Depher stands for Disability and Elderly Plumbing and Heating Emergency Repair.

The social enterprise was established in 2017 and has since supported over 1,000.000 people.

This will then enable us to deliver a life-saving service to every home in the United Kingdom, giving the people the service they require without going into major debt.

Suicide

Crime

Loneliness

Domestic Violence

Pressure on the NHS
